Frequently Asked Questions

How are residents admitted to Renaissance Manor Supported Housing?
Because Renaissance Manor is a private, non-government funded organization, all admissions come through our intake department. Once we receive your application, we will arrange to visit the applicant, make an assessment based on physical, mental and social factors, and discuss housing options. The application must be faxed to 941-460-5119.

What are the options for a client who is not eligible for admission?
If the  team does not recommend admission, normally a referral is made to another community based program.  There may be circumstances where we will ask an applicant to be stabilized or treated for a specific issue prior to being accepted in into our housing.  Our goal is to accept people who are stable and ready for their own personal recovery process.

Where are the Renaissance Manor Supportive Housing Homes?

Renaissance Manor has approximately 200 supportive housing units throughtout Southwest Florida.  Our homes are in Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, North Port, Punta Gorda, Fort Myers, and Cape Coral, Florida.  Since we are constantly adding homes, we will provide a tour of available homes during the screening process.
