About Us

Renaissance Manor  is a Florida Not-for-Profit Corporation specializing in serving people with Mental Health and Co-Occurring Disorders.  Renaissance Manor was started over 15 years ago as an Assisted Living Facility in Sarasota, Florida.  Over the last 15 years, Renaissance Manor has expanded to include independent supportive housing throughout Southwest Florida.  We currently have housing available in Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, North Port, Rotunda, Fort Myers, and Cape Coral, Florida.  

In 2008, Renaissance Manor expanded to include  Case Management .  Thus allowing us to put wrap around services in place to assist our residents in being as independent as possible.  Case management is a service paid for by Medicaid.

Our philosophy is simple: "We provide safe, affordable housing in very nice residential neighborhoods, which allow people to live as independently as possible."
