Renaissance Manor ALF is a licensed 45–bed assisted living facility with a variety of room accommodations, set in a family oriented atmosphere. We specialize in serving adults with neuro-biological disorders, dually diagnosed, mood disorders and other special mental health needs. Our program is designed to foster positive mental health and offers a variety of activities to match the interests of our clients. Over 90% of the people we serve remain in the community and do not return to restrictive clinical settings.
Our mission is to provide high-quality permanent supportive housing for adults who have been diagnosed with mental illness and supports their residence in the least restrictive and safest environment possible. Our goal is to ensure that low-income individuals receive equal opportunity housing and services that sustain their functionality in the community.
